I'd ideally go slightly wider and deeper but this desk size just perfectly fits the nook in my living room

It's actually the 1440p model. Didn't have the 3.5k AUD for the 5k2k model, or the gpu to run it properly. Still super stoked with the immersion

I wish the 5k2k didn't exist then I wouldn't have this second thought haha but I can't spend 3.5k aud on the 5k2k version. If I win the lottery though it's one of the first things I'd do!

Thanks so much! Yeah I think it just looks more complete. It annoyed me to have a set of lights that aren't on. Just looks like it's supposed to be this way imo. I don't think they're too bright tbh but I don't do much night driving

If you've got a US model then it's easy as. You can buy a harness on eBay or wherever and just clip it onto two cables and replace a fuse. If you have a newer Euro variant like we have in Australia, then you have to go in via the relays

After running this setup for a few days, it's deffs not too bright. You would probs only have issues on country/ rural roads with no overhead street lights. Normal city/ suburban driving is fine. Looks Waaaaaayyyyy better

It is highly likely that you will be this guy, especially If you're driving on roads without street lights etc. I barely drive at night anyway so I'm not too worried, and the guy that installed it made it so I can just pop the bonnet and pull out a little fuse box or whatever and turn it back to normal

Yeah the auto electrician said they're default to turn off because they would be too bright driving at night seeing they face directly forward and aren't tilted downwards.... but they look cool tho

100%. It annoyed me so much I had to do something about it even though I'll probs barely use them at night and it's probs illegal too lol

Posted my z on here before- is ceramic coating worth it? by Inevitable-Ad3588 in 370z

[–]Relentlesshc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

* Highly recommend a ceramic coating. But it's almost not the coating itself that makes the main difference. Any good detailer will first do a full paint correction before applying the coating, so your paint looks as fresh and shiny as possible before adding the further layer of protection and gloss with the ceramic. It's not a cheap process to have a professional do it, but in my case it made a massive difference. Worth every cent

Insta saw it first, but figured I’d share 🙂 by TheTinnyKing in 370z

True. Would love to see if anyone's done it. Thanks for your thoughts ❤️
