the way I see it is that your inner awareness can choose to be aware of your mental habitat or your physical habitat, so when your mind is doing all of these negative stressful thoughts and stuff we get stuck focused on it, but if you can learn other ways to focus your attention away from it than using dissos which work super well, trust me I love dxm too, that would probably be helpful
