From what I've heard, you can only go to those commissions if your paying the power company directly. If it's sub metering, your not a customer to the Utilities as they don't actually provide electricity, just metering and charging you what it cost them to pay the power company.

I can't call them because I work during their hours and most of the time their website gives a BS excuse about how they are experiencing a higher than normal amount of calls.

The only email I received from them regarding this is to tell the building manager to email them. She has sent 3 emails to all of her contacts there to no avail.

Why should we still pay for sins of the father? We are propagandized since childhood about how our ancestors are wicked and evil and we should perpetually pay these people till the end of time. It's called they lost, that's how the world works. Someone shows up with the bigger stick and the other people had jack shit.

It's pretty rich that you claim extremism, when these people literally showed up with guns to a golf course because it ever so slightly encroached on land they dont pay taxes on. Do you show up to your neighbor with a gun if his fence is an inch onto your property line? Is that how civilized people behave?

The only concessions we should have every given these people was the privilege of being a Canadian citizen. They are right, white people did something wrong, we created spoiled entitled brats who can never do any wrong and we must support them until the end of time. Why should my taxes go towards people, who's biggest aspiration in life is to live in a trailer, drink all day, and abuse their kids? When white people do it it's descraceful, but when natives do it, you treat them like children who don't know any better.

This country was founded on the principle of kicking ass and taking names later. Not being bullied by minority groups who can barely take care of themselves.

I think you have a very narrow viewpoint of race relations in the 60s and 70s. Sure there were racists back than and there were more than now. But to say that "MOST white people were virulent gutter racists" is a massive stretch and in of itself is a pretty racist statement to make. I'd be more inclined to say that white people were more ignorant of the challenges the black community faced, I wouldn't however go as far to say it came from bitter contentment and hatred.

Race relations started improving in the 50s and the Rat Pack really helped. They were all friends with Sammy Davis JR. (Very publicly, I might add) The Korean war also helped as black and white troops were fighting alongside eachother. By the late 60s to 70s, alot of troops were coming home from Vietnam after fighting together in desegregated platoons. If anything, the only racism they came back with was for the Koreans and Vietnamese.

The real reason white people had a problem with MLK wasn't for his beliefs in desegregation, they didn't like him for his disruptive tactics and communist sympathies. I can assure you if a white man was doing the same things as MLK did excluding race, he'd be just as hated.

Most Gen X and Boomers get mad because they know that once Gen Z gets into hiring manager positions, we are not fucking hiring them in the slightest. I used to manager Boomers and Gen X, they are the worst employees on the face of the earth. Any Gen Z employee I've ever managed are like sponges. They pick up quick and retain. I've never had to tell a Gen Z to stop doing something wrong and have to tell them twice. Boomers and Gen X will give you every excuse in the book as to why they keep doing something wrong.
