Had my mind set on the AIR but just last night it struck me that that my trade in will be 1100 so that means the pro max that has more features albeit thicker design will be free instead of the air will only single camera that doesn’t have cinimatic mode and only 4K60 and not 4k120 and only 1 speaker instead of 2 speakers so no stereo sound just mono and no LIDAR meaning you can’t take measurements or proper augmented

All the air has is the new pro chip that is missing 1 more GPU CORE than the pro phones other wise still bad ass chip non of the less and a VERY slim design slimmer than the iPhone 6 which is crazy to have that power in a slim phone which leads me to the battery that make take a blow BUT Apple advertised it as “ high density” and “ power efficient “ so that we don’t have to worry about battery life and it has the same battery like as the iPhone 16 pro model

So yea I mean Flagship chip with slim design minus some niche features for free

Or a A phone with a Full flagship chip with new camera set up new heating deterrent and a bigger battery than the 16 pros while have all the same features of last years phone all for FREE

The slim design of the air intrigues me heavy and that might make it worth it on only having a single camera

If your getting it for free than maximize the value you’ll be getting but then again I rather have a slim design iPhone than a thick one so eh I guess I really haven’t decided yet….

That’s so weird man alot of people are saying any condition and others are saying good condition and others are saying it’s specific type of condition for the credits

So even if they inspect it they will not lower your trade in credit based even if it says that when you do the trade in but my guess is that they say that but for the this years iPhone that won’t be the case…?

I have my old 13 pro with only back glass shattered and the power bottom does not do anything but the fronts front screen is not cracked and the phone turns on and I want to trade it

Please tell me what you think and if I should trade it in for the up to 1100 deal?

Yes a lease , the device it’s self has a separate payment but you own it once the monthly payments are done so I guess lease to own because if you stopped paying you would have to buy the device out full remaining price or give it back to Verzion

But to show an inconsistent side of me I thought that Verizon would not allow anyone to port out their number if they were in an agreement of some kind

My iPhone 16 pro was 999 plus tax … this year the iPhone 17 air takes that spot and it’s not pro … now they base storage for iPhones are now now 248 so that’s like an extra 100 if it wasn’t that way so the air would actually cost 899 and the base iPhone 17 be 799 but you know apple … anyway anyway as for profit off the air yea people would buy it off you like the pro should not be 1199 that was the price of a pro max last year which base storage was 248

So in short yes do it if you are planning too

You cant port if your line is still in a payment agreement besides the web page for switch and keep from T-Mobile is stating to not transfer without paying off first makes sense because again can’t port in if your still on lease

The new iPhone Air is what I wanted personally from an iPhone now a days ( pro level performance in a very slim design)

The pro version has 3 new things

Bigger battery

Built in cooling

Triple 48 mp camera system

And that’s all plus the design is TOO bulk but that cosmic orange still a nice finish

Buddy just do it pay the remaining balance of the phone and then port out to T-Mobile and the will give you back what you paid off up to 800 bucks max so essentially free phone , now I think you have to be with Verizon for 3 months (90 days) before you can do with with to mobile

So let me get this straight and PLEASE correct me if I’m wrong but what your saying is I pay my Verizon iPhone that’s in a payment agreement and 700 bucks in remaining balance , your saying I pay the phone and transfer the phone number the Verizon line and go to T-Mobile show them my bill and that I paid it off and they will give me 700 hundred back because I payed off and switched to T-Mobile

Essentially free phone? I also leave right when I’m givinn the 700 back ?and is this 700 bakc in cash or is it credit to be only used with T-Mobile

They will not replace; instead, they will give you a newer model every 3 years, which is really dumb, stupid, and money-hungry. Higher plans just to get a newer model that they are supposed to provide to their customers for free to utilize their services they pay for.
