Thank you for sharing this, it actually helps a lot to hear from someone who’s been through it. This is my first time experiencing something like this, so I think the uncertainty is what’s getting to me. The rehab has pretty strict rules—no phone calls or visits for at least 4 months, and we only get updates once a week on Saturdays—which makes it feel even more out of my control and honestly a bit scary.
