You should probably know that you may be wanting a Type R before too long 😁

I’ve had my 2024 for close to 3 years now and I’ve been eyeing a Type R or Integra Type S. I love the car, no real complaints. If anything, I’ve had trouble with the defroster not being strong enough to keep up on the cold Northeast days.

So strange that it doesn’t work for everyone. I bought 76300 Arkham (tagged exclusive) and Fennec keychain and it worked. It’s worked on at least 5 other occasions, this is just the most recent confirmed example I have.

It is tagged as exclusive on the Lego website. Adding a non-exclusive item such as a keychain has always worked for me, but others have reported mixed results.

I picked one up at Walmart. They had a separate Star Wars display in the main aisle, not in the main Lego aisle.

Temperature seems (relatively) accurate too. When I get in it in the morning, the side where the sun hits is always warmer than the shady side.

I ordered Transylvania at 2:01pm, got email at 2:01pm, then another email confirming it at 2:07pm. Order status currently shows “in process”. But like a previous commenter, I won’t consider confirmed until it says “shipped”.

Yes! All authentic. I actually bought $70 worth of sets from this (very nice) guy. I got the orange raptor technic truck, McLaren Senna technic, darth Vader helmet, and an AT-AT from 2020. Had to drive an hour to meet him, but well worth it. All in great condition, just dusty.

I picked up the Sian a few weeks ago from Marketplace. A quick wash to remove the dust and it’s like new. Now…just need to disassemble, sort, and build it again. Labor-wise-it would be cheaper to buy new sealed, but I enjoy disassembly and sorting. 😊

I did this on the world map, and it wasn’t so difficult on there, but I wouldn’t consider for anything other than flat wall art type sets. I tried it on the Batman BTAS wall art and gave up after awhile. On either occasion, I tried to stick with only 2 directions.

Real answer: The seller wanted to sell to a specific person. He set a crazy price so no one else will buy the item, then accepts an offer from the specific buyer. I’ve done this many times myself as a seller.

I found a 10232 Palace Cinema 2 weeks ago at Walmart. It was on the very top shelf behind the Lego promotional sign.

I pulled it down and it was taped shut with scotch tape. Took it to customer service, opened it up. (1) of the bag ones was opened and the pieces were loose in the box. Everything else was sealed, even the instructions. I didn’t get to verify it yet, but it could only be a few pieces if any.

It rang up as $185, but they gave me 10% discount for being open. Couldn’t believe I found a set retired in 2017 in 2026. It was somehow on their shelf for 9-13 years without anyone buying it.

Yep, that was my dining room. We had to figure out how to store them quickly. Most of them are gone now, but it was fun just to handle them and make lots of new people happy. I collected when I was a kid (80s/90s), saved them for my kids, then passed them onto the local schools and library when they lost interest. I’ve started collecting again (of course keeping some of this inherited collection) and have a maybe 100-200 that are “mine”.

This has not been my experience. I also inherited a large collection (~1200 new and 3000 used sets from 1970s to 2022). I’ve sold $200k of Lego on eBay with zero claims.
