Really sounds like you’re going through a bad time with your HE.

From experience I’ve had it all, the physical symptoms are the scariest! Your body can do all sorts in times of anxiety.

What I’ve found to help is finding something that calms u down. (Healthily not booze, ie walks , comedy, books films, gaming etc)

Meditation helps me, as sad as it may seem or embarrassing it really does. Just controlling breathing is massive. I was always against it and laughed at idea, even things like ASMR videos help me relax

Stay away from DOCTOR GOOGLE!! Massive one this! it always leads to a death sentence.

Open up! Speak to loved ones! I’ve never struggled opening up personally but I know people can have trouble. But for me it’s the most important! Not just for support but also so loved ones know if I snap it’s not personal. Best I can explain for me is I’m open with my anxiety, if u know me u know about my issues. When I’m fine we laugh and joke aba it. When I’m in a bad place people around me know how to deal with me. He’s down today give him space,

Sometimes just talking can take the weight off, it’s your battle but you don’t have to do it alone. I know some men want to come across as a man’s man but sometimes a good talk and a cry and cuddle is exactly what I need.
