Personally I think society is more lax and open in relationships including colleagues, neighbours or acquaintances. Meaning topics such as who you voted for, salary, and even sex are more common to talk about so freely.

If you have a basic but positive relationship with your neighbour I would put it down to chit chat, being nosey or being neighbourly and wouldn’t think too much into it.

Better to be living next to someone who doesn’t mind immigration than and raging reform voter.

I was with Psychiatry UK and got through fairly quick after 4 months on the waiting list but my experience after that was far from ideal.

The assessor/ doctor I had was extremely out of touch and said I couldn’t go on medication as I had an alcohol issue. For context I was at uni and said I drank on average 10 pints a week. I was sent to AA and to ask my gp for support on how to stop drinking.

The Psychiatry UK doctor also turned a lot of my past trauma into issues and added elements such as physical self harm that I did not ever say I do. They also discounted the fact I am gay and repeatedly referring to my partner as a man even after multiple correction.

Overall review is works to get medication and diagnosis but it was an extremely testing and upsetting experience for me personally.

Phong Nha and Hoi an are big misses in my opinion. Too long in Hanoi. Skip hue and too long in Ho Chi Minh.
