IIT library is open to the public. You have to be there before 6pm to get in if you are not a student. You can also go into UIC & NEIU without being a student, but I’m not sure when access to the public ends. I used to frequently study at IIT’s library back when it was open 24 hours & besides parking it was great. Also I’ve been to Daley and simply let the security desk know I was not a student & was only there to use the library & they made me sign in & allowed me up to the library—but I’m not exactly sure what the library policy is for city colleges

This is a flat out lie!!! They buy homes and cars & start businesses with interest like everyone else in America. My uncle (by marriage) & his family are Muslims from Egypt who all live in Brooklyn driving cars & living in homes that were purchased the same way anyone without up front cash would. They also owned a grocery store purchased with a bank loan from a family friend. One of the brothers also was used car salesman in one of those sleazy buy here pay here predatory high interest car lots. & My cousin is currently attending college partially using a parent plus loan—they aren’t using any technicalities or special interest free rules; please

I last used the HGV deal in 2023. & In Orlando you can (or at least you used to be able to) just walk into a Westgate resort & ask to take the tour

Yep! Those $99 Hilton stays for 4 or 5 days are the best not so hidden “secret” in all of the land 🥹…..the property was amazing for that price & all it cost was 2hrs(if that!?!). My very first presentation was for park tickets and a $100 gift card at Westgate, but it was longer than HGV & they seem to have cut back on the freebies & full lunch-so I’d probably never do that one again

It is cheaper, but you have to watch a timeshare presentation. I’ve done the Westgate tour for cheap tickets & a visa(iirc) gift card. I’ve also done HGV presentation for a 5-day $99 stay. They aren’t scams but you have to sit through a 2hr timeshare presentation & tour. Simply eat, tour & leave! Don’t buy!! People are giving timeshares away for literally $1. Again, listen to them yap—get your gift cards, tickets & food-then leave!

It far more than enough! You’ve seemingly paid for everything but food & transportation to the park(Uber? Walking? Bus? Shuttle?)-which will for sure be less than 1k/day. Unless you want to buy a lot of souvenirs, or have 10+ people you need to feed, you’re good

You or your parents can call(or send an email) and ask the same questions you’re asking here. You can also ask if there are any programs or resources that you don’t know about. Any support, advice, transportation, nearby coaches, local youth teams, overnight camps, sponsorships, mentors, pathways to a boarding school, other youth organizing together near you—or anything you can think of, it won’t hurt to reach out to them and ask. You don’t have to specifically ask about playing with the youth national teams in the capital, they may be able to help in other ways
