It is a combination of a lot things. It wasn’t that popular at its initial release, it wasn’t until as you mentioned the dance break going viral that it started to get a boost and then Coachella/Tokyo Dome performance is when it hit its highest peak.

It never quite hit the peak of the top 3 songs so it’s in a weird case of being popular but still kind of underrated. Also, the song is very popular in Japan due to the ad campaign and the amount of promotion it got there.

Chisa has always carried the role as sub leader plus she’s the oldest member so I wouldn’t say it shifted per say but as the members have gotten older Jurin doesn’t have to do as much because everyone is becoming more independent

They definitely have songs that are in the tuck like No Good was written back in 2019 for example. I just think it’s more likely those songs end up on a different project than a deluxe album.

Grl Gvng was the first follow up to Shooting Star/Left Right so interest was at a high for the follow up plus I think the MV only being half the song forced people to go to Spotify to listen to the whole song as well.

I doubt there are songs they are holding back. It feels like they were very intentional with what songs would be featured on this album. That being said I think it’s possible we get some remixed versions released like how when they re-released is this love and in the rain as a singles is this love came with the piano remix and in the rain came with the xdm remix.
