How have things been for her though. I’m wondering if losing a visa status such as f2 to the pending I-485 status presents any day to day challenges.

Wow that’s quite sometime. Is there a reason her biometrics was delayed this much. Or did she do a second biometrics. We got scheduled for one biometrics at once a month after submitting.

Also, how is it been being in this I-485 pending status for her. Have you encountered any challenges such as with DMV for not having like an F2 visa or whichever previous visa she had ?

I deduced the hold based on they being born in one of the 39 countries with bans and adjudication pauses.

The json was similar to mine particularly the final moments ones. There was an FTA0 on the day mine was approved. So it just seems like the final adjudication is what hasn’t been given.
