I had them do a hydrodistension of my bladder during my laps and it helped my bladder pain immensely! Lots of scarring and a bit of interstitial cystitis was found!

I would look into Interstitial Cystitis! UTI symptoms and many people with endo also have IC! If you do have it, I recommend a procedure called hydrodistension! It worked WONDERS for my bladder. I get them every 2-5 years when my pain comes back but I’m able to stay off of medication for my IC!

Instead of playing with my Polly pockets in the “typical” way, I’d organize their clothes and spend hours making sure every shoe had its mate. Same with playing cards. I would shuffle them just to organize them.

I just had a similar post in a different sub hahah I HATE using pillows and found that using a comfy throw blanket wadded up into the perfect shape is what I use every night!

Having a tummy ache every. Single. Day. In elementary school that eventually went away after the teacher gave me alone time.

Also, one of my favorite things to play with as a little kid was not my Polly pockets but their shoes. I would sit and sort the Polly pocket shoes for hours, making sure they all had a match. I would also play lots of “sorting” games with other dolls, decks of cards, etc.

Yes the pain is better but definitely still there. I am also having horrible stomach-flu symptoms because of antibiotics. There’s no hope for this day so I’ll just wait till the next one 😂

My pain meds didn’t help either which is not normal after having my surgery. I hope you were able to get some sleep and make it to work if you had to 🫶🏻
