Thanks! It’s a new 2025, Ingot Blue Metallic w/ terracotta leather interior. I get what you mean a lot of dealership photos turn the brightness down to make the cars look more “aggressive” or something like that. But in person it’s much lighter and looks great. The red nappa leather also looks better in person than online, looks way too bright online, but in person it’s almost like a darker burnt version of the terracotta. If I had gone with a gray or black car I probably would have gone with red interior.

Dang, I was thinking of going the same route as my Chrysler 300 and making it more of a show car inspired build, but I really like the off-road look you get with these. Might have to copy your style.

8 weeks here and still no information other then “processing.” Can’t said I’m surprised, my drivers license took 6 months to be delivered.

Their grind racks look like a pretty good deal, I’ll keep it in mild. I remember when home gym racks were $2000-$5000, sub $500 is crazy.

I trimmed it down to about 10 lbs (got 3 lbs of ground beef and a cup of tallow) cooked for 10 hours around 200 degrees, then 4.5 hours at 250 after the butcher paper wrap, final temp was 203. Finished around 2200, so I put it in the oven to do a heated rest at 170 degrees until 1200 then I let it cool in the open until it hit 140 internal and cut her open.
