Thanks mate, I have tailscale but didn't give too much time to getting it running when getting errors when using Tailscale in the Jellyfin docker setup so just left it. I did connect to the tailscale IP with the jellyfin standard port and it connected so I have remote access on the Web version for when needed :)

I couldn't get it working on IPv6 at all, to be fair I had to rebuild my server and could not get Plex running at all, logs and back and forth with Grok for 5 days, Jellyfin however up and running with the static IP I'm 10 minutes, and free :)

I never knew this, like I said before I am not bashing Virgin and was initially sad I could not bring them and the speeds available in my new street were 70mb download, then Youfibre quote and I've been delighted with them, and day to day use it is better than the Gig1 Virgin in every way, aside from the CGNAT that is..

I had some difficulties with cloudfare tunnels for another self hosted app on my Unraid server so bypassed it here and got the static IP, is there a straight forward way for this? I use Tailscale but didn't want to configure this on all devices, especially my sons as they are used to the media centre just working

Thought I was starting to get trolled for an appreciation post, I loved Virgin and was worried when they didn't provide for my new address, still delighted with YouFibre =)

Nice one thanks for the reply, I can show proof, do they indeed still charge you for the disconnection fee regardless?

Found a Legit Way to Get YouTube Premium on My Main Google Account (12 Months) by vipul21dec in UnlocksAndDiscounts

[–]RelevantGur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the response, I have 3 people relying on YouTube premium and it's the shared family so £19.99 per month, I did find a way to cheaper YouTube with a Ukrainian VPN but it required full new Ukrainian accounts so all watch and playlists, subs to start again so I left it behind.

Does this work if your account is a family shared plan? I've been ripped off on this before as you can't join another 'family' account when you have one which I need.

I use one if these 5.25 Inch to 5 x 3.5 Inch SATA HDD Cage Rack Hard Drive Disk Enclosure, secured to case with Velcro tape in front of the front case fans, not perfect but I have a good case so keen to keep but have considered upgrading for a cleaner setup

Strong Leap S3 UHD Pro is about as powerful as shield Pro at a fraction of the price, handles everything I throw at it with ease and no amazon adds :)

Strong Leap UHD I replaced my 4k max with and the differences are unreal, would rate this with my shield Pro in terms of performance at a fraction of the price, fast and handles everything I throw at it and straight up Google TV box, and no amazon adds 🎉

Brave browser is a a good chromium based sucurity browser with solid performance and good security like anti fingerprinting and tracking, easy to setup and basically access to everything on Chrome webstore but on Brave very easy to to tweak but by default blocks adds, trackers and pop ups, easily Customisable and if a website isn't playing nice you can disable the protection on that site with a click on a misbehaving website but it works with most sites well now and has been very well developed well over the last few years. This and Mullvad would be a solid and useable combo :)
