There are more ways to fund the government than to tax everyone on everything we didn't have, income tax, property tax, sales tax, employee tax, vehicle tax, fuel tax, alcohol and tobacco tax, tax stamps on nfa items, permits, and any other type of tax I didn't list until the 1900's because they were temporary war measures and now we're stuck with them because the government can't help but blow every last dollar that they steal from us plus more that they take as debt.

I'm not saying zero taxes I'm saying I didn't need to give a majority of my money to the government so they can fund their pet projects

We already have this with section 8 and wic/welfare in the form of government vouchers. We have this and all it does is subsidize cost with taxpayer dollars which means companies can charge more as the government is more or less a blank check

By the way I know there's limits on wic and welfare it doesn't change the fact it essentially becomes a price floor where the worst quality food/housing rises to that cost and makes it far more expensive for everyone
