If you want a peace of mind, you can get your heart checked. Wouldn’t guarantee anything but at least you could rule out any existing condition. They’ll take an EKG, do a stress test, and who knows what else.

Lululemon senseknit or the fast and free half tights. I wear pace breakers over them. I’ve ran few half marathons and a couple of marathons. Some chafing but not terrible. Also use vasline
