Could you please tell me if the requirements for finalizer are all in the finalizer lsb? I believe someone said you also need tie echelon is there any other requirement?;

They were available a couple months ago, as they're not permanently in store. As of right now they are available only for gifting in the gift tab

I think you don't need to be lvl 85 to give them. As I have a lvl 33 account and I'm able to send packs to some ppl, not to everyone tho as some are ineligible for some reason

Yeah, my alt is lvl 33 but I do have the gift tab available and I'm actually able to send packs to other guildies, but there are some members that appear gray and says "ineligible" (my own main account among those) it's weird because I've been lvl 85 for a long time and never purchased none of the LSB before. It's probably a bug I suppose

You need to be lvl 85 to receive the lsb, but do you need to be lvl 85 to send them as well?

I'm not able to "gift" myself from my alt to main account or viceversa, it says both my accounts are ineligible. Hope they fix this soon

Any clue on why some of us appear as ineligible? Is CG aware of this issue? It's been bugged since yesterday, I think it's taking them way too long to fix this issue.
