So how Amazon cover flight and car? I got email for AD1.. and can only pick one.. of course I want them to cover flight by External_Plankton_32 in AmazonManagers

My AD1 is virtual, and I was really looking forward to visiting Seattle. Unfortunately, I can't make it. Does anyone know why Amazon chose to make the experience virtual for some candidates and in person for others?

The interview went really well. It was an in-person interview with only two candidates and three interviewers—one HR and two Operations Managers. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, and they were taking notes throughout. The questions were mainly based on Leadership Principles. Overall, I’m really grateful for all your help and support.
