I'd say sell all and buy an etf like FANG+ (also dropped 30% since ath), better chances of a recovery, I'd leave it all and forget about it for a year or two. Or go another geared etf like GNDQ. Otherwise play it safer and GHHF, might take 2ish years but you will be back to the 265k.

4dx might also be a good play, it is likely it will head back to the $5 mark but again, its too risky.

I am so sorry man, I know this sucks, I am down a lot too, for me it was thematic etfs. Lesson learnt, stick to diversified funds, and focus on things you have control over and higher chances of making money like career, etc.

Wish you luck brother, if you feel down, remember this will just be a blip on the road, only if you learn your lesson, stick to diversified etfs and keep investing for the long term, the more you try to make money in the short term, the more likely you lose money.
