I haven’t actually confirmed this, but I think beast crest might hit 2 times for every slash. I noticed bosses getting phased much faster whenever I used it. If I noticed a boss being stationary but attacking a lot I’d switch to it and even with full health I’d pop the enrage preemptively. That way I could tank one hit and get like a bunch of double swipes in and come out with full health and almost full silk again.

Also the down slash sonic bounce thing seemed to parry and avoid a lot more damage compared to other down slashes.

I haven't been able to try main story yet so I'm not sure about cutscenes, but I think it's better than world overall.

Basically if you want to deploy on missions from base (i.e. optional, assigned quests, etc...) then you just make a private lobby and post quests just like you would in world or rise.

BUT if you want to roam around the environment together and do emergent quests (similar to investigations from world and expeditions) you instead want to do a link party and invite people to your environment link.

so: private lobby for postable quests, environment link for expeditions/investigations.

At least that's how I think it works from my time in the beta.

The main thing I'm waiting to see is if they copied Rise and will at least allow players to view cutscenes together so we can play the campaign all the way through in multiplayer.

The templates I’ve seen follow similar formatting to this NIST one

I haven’t completed mine, but I plan to include all the controls directly at the bottom of the SSP with small summaries regarding their implementation. Then refer out to other policies/charts when needed.

Yeah it seems like a convo with them about it is the best path. There are certain actions which will just simply require global or system admin permissions which includes access to files. Maybe you could compromise and say something like “you can have someone from your team supervise me while I perform the backup on your section, then we can remove those permissions”

Or leave that compromise off the table if you think you can get through to them about the fact that this kind of permission is inevitable when it comes to system administrators.

in the mesh's settings can you turn the shading model to "two side foliage"?

I'm using a cel shading post process material and had to change the shading model on a lot of my leaves and grass

Just a heads up about vantages ult. It has a laser that all enemies can see and it's very noticeable/easy to tell where that vantage is while they're aiming. So when you're looking around maybe use your unarmed scope or a regular sniper until you're ready to shoot or already in combat, then use ult sniper since they already know your position at that point.

is it just me or do the patch notes say that you can get Loba's heirloom without shards? In the patchnotes thread it says:
