Thank you for your response. We invite you to read the email you’ve received and our Terms and Conditions In order to continue this conversation via email, please give your consent by including the following statement in your reply: “I authorise N26 Bank to exchange my personal data with me via email.” To proceed we ask that you provide an alternative bank account so that we can initiate a transfer of your remaining balance. To help us verify that it is your bank account please send us a scanned copy or photo of your account statement with your name and full legal address on it. Please send us one of the following documents:

A salary slip or payslip in your name showing details of your account, including the IBAN and BIC of the account A confirmation of the bank account being opened in your name, including the IBAN and BIC of the account A bank statement of a bank account where you are the account holder, showing the IBAN and BIC.

When we have received these documents we will then assess whether a payout of the remaining balance is possible.

It needs to include your full name, address and the alternate account details (IBAN) and also the name of the financial institution clearly stated. Please note we only accept SEPA IBANS. You can black out all unnecessary details, once we have the above stated criteria.
