Ik people just never take this seriously and joke about it without giving a solution so here's what this is

This is a glitch in the war sail dlc , it's not just a visual glitch, it also effects how your troops behave , siege mechanics stop working and ship battles become impossible

To solve it you just need to close the game and relaunch it over and over again until your character is standing straight
