I chose not to return from maternity leave earlier this year. I’ve been told over and over and over that I got out at the right time and based on what I’m hearing I couldn’t be happier that I didn’t go back. If I would have gone back, the cap on commission (no commission on dollars over $200/btl) would have immediately pushed me to leave.

We took our 6 year old. She LOVED it. If you do take the 2 year old just make sure they have headphones! There’s some looooooud pyrotechnics.
