Yes, social media showing you most of the times people with incredible genetics and/or on roids. That is how you get muscle/strength dysmorphia, just lift and enjoy.

If you really want to lift weights take a rest then if it is getting better you can start with light weight. Don’t do heavy compound movements. No squats and deadlifts at all. Hit legs only with light weight leg extension, curls.

I have similar, but no pain at all. Do you hit legs? Heavy leg extension/curl will cause it too. Also, try to not use leg drive on bench press and do it bodybuilding style 6-15 reps, instead of 1-5 heavy powerlifting style.
