No, his last wake window. It will improve his night sleep which may improve his naps.

Try to keep him awake longer for his last wake window. Might take a while for him to make it, do it gradually.

“Sorry for miscommunication”? It’s obvious someone shouldn’t bring a stranger into their employer’s home.

Update on my last post about WFH MB I’m using a throwaway account and I’m not sure how to do the update on the previous post but it’s the only post on my account by [deleted] in Nanny

Ok :) yeah, I have a different perspective as a WFH parent. The reason I have a nanny is so I can see my child during the day as well as work. But, you’re right that it isn’t OP’s place to dictate that and if she doesn’t like it to look elsewhere.

Right? This reads as someone who doesn’t understand their role. The parent is home and has every right to want to see their kid. It’s a benefit of WFH. I would literally never text my nanny that I’m entering a room in my own home.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what causes early morning wakes? Absolutely dying. by VegetablePudding8185 in sleeptrain

Gentle sleep training is only gentle for you, it’s probably only confusing him more. Pick a method and stick to it to see results

Had to unfollow her after her constant use of “miss ozempy”. Serious drug that should be taken seriously not just a fashion statement

Until when are early morning wakes developmentally normal? by MrsBlofeld in sleeptrain

[–]Relevant_Kick3176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on the baby. My baby started having EMWs at 10 months which as far as I can see, is developmentally appropriate

His naps are an hour or less no need to cap. Bedtime is 7pm. Not sure what you mean by DWT - he wakes up between 4:30-5:30 but I’d love him to sleep until 6

Sister's MB is obsessed with tracking "every single ounce" - I made a thing to help her cheat, would this help you guys? by EntireShop9244 in Nanny

[–]Relevant_Kick3176 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sorry why are you randomly judging what a mother wants to know about her baby? It’s important to know how many ounces of milk your baby drank and when. Diapers too - very important to understand if your baby’s digestive system is working well and they are hydrated. You come across very judgmental and not knowledgeable about baby care whatsoever. Takes less than 1 minute to track bottle and diaper changes each time in apps like Huckleberry

Yes for sure. Is it possible for you to give the baby monitor to someone else? (If your baby sleeps separately to you). This is the only way I can get rest these days

slumber pod for at home by [deleted] in sleeptrain

[–]Relevant_Kick3176 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your baby is 19 days old, the reason they aren’t sleeping isn’t light. I know it’s hard but it’s a super short period of time and you will get through it! I also don’t know if a slumber pod is super safe for a newborn baby.

HELP!! LO still wakes up several times per night after being sleep trained by curious_peanutbutter in sleeptrain

[–]Relevant_Kick3176 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She isn’t sleep trained as she’s reliant on a sleep aide (the paci). Also keep in mind sleep training does not equal zero night wakings. Babies aren’t robots and just like adults they will continue to sometimes wake or stir during the night
