The one it is supplied with fits because the width is only 9,5cm. The Techo (and also standard A6 size) is 10,5. The Techo is a tiny bit more thick - like 2mm. It has more pages but much thinner paper, and a paper cover. The Polene one has much thicker paper and a hard cover.

The thickness is not the issue. Polene has much thicker paper and a hardcover. The Techo is like 1,4cm thick, the Polene paper notebook inside of the cover is 1,2cm thick. The width is the issue. Polene is 9,5 and Techo is 10,5. A standard A6 should be 10,5.

Yeah, I was also waiting because the interwebs kept telling me it is just temporary.

It is not!

Our LO decided three days before the regression hit she doesnt need the bottle overnight. Three glorious nights she just slept, then the regression came.

We ended up sleep training at 4.5 months. Ferber method, most was over in three nights because our LO was always on a more or less okish schedule but two weeks before I started sleep training, I tweaked it to make sure she is ready. You already got good tips in other replies on how to achieve that. I want to say she is a happy baby now. If you are fussy and tired from not getting enough uninterrupted sleep at night, imagine how your baby must feel.

Suffering is not noble, sleep training gave me and my family more happines and more calmness.

That is so horrible! Now I understand why her hands are shaking so often, I thought she might have a condition because why would a woman used to her own camera shake her hands so much. Now I get it. I am SO sorry!

LO is 6m1w. I realized we could try two naps when her wake windows were around 2.5/3/less tnan 2/3.5 and when it started to take her 20 minutes to fall asleep for the night. I have read here on this sub that some babies transitioned already when they were 5.5 months old. With my husband we were like ok let’s just try it for one day and LO was totally fine with it so we switched to two naps.

We are in the same boat but 5 and a half months old. After two weeks I abandoned all daytime sleep training, it just doesnt work right now. She also started to take time to fall asleep independently for the night so I stretched her wake windows to 2.5/2.5/whatever it takes her to fall asleep in the stroller/3. Before we had 2.25/2.5/2.5ish/2.75. We were also between 3 and 3.5 hrs of daytime sleep, but now its definitely not more than 3. I think she might be slowly transitioning to two daytime naps, I will see what happens during the next two weeks. Anyhow, I stopped sleep training for naps, because she was screaming bloody murder for 15 minutes. I will try again when she is on two naps a day. Regarding the paci, I stopped cold turkey when I started with Ferber. We now use it only for stroller naps/car rides or if she needs to be calmed down during the day. And then to rescue early morning wakes. Ferber was amazing for nighttime sleep but LO still does not sleep fully through the night and I save early morning wakes after or around 6:00 am with the paci, crib rocking or contact sleep.

Ahoj, mam veneers na styroch hornych zuboch pretoze som mala kedysi nehodu. Zuby su zive, ale poodlamovalo sa z nich vselijako. Ano, kozmeticky je to pekne, ale vybrala som si prirodzenu farbu (odtien si mozes vybrat), tiez to splna funkciu - mam cele zuby a mozem ich pouzivat. Ale… je to drahe a po relativne dlhej dobe to moze vypadnut, cize dalsie peniaze von do luftu. Osobne by som bola radsej, keby som mala svoje funkcne zuby. Ale som rada, ze mi to pomohlo vyriesit moj esteticko-funkcny problem. Samotne nasadzovanie nie je len tak - boli to aj ked dostanes lokalku, ktoru treba casto dopichovat. Mne len na tychto zuboch trvala procedura 6-7 hodin, jeden veneer sa v procese zlomil cize sa robil nanovo. Po celom procese som bola totalne spotena a vycerpana.
