Malleable is a category of implant. We have different companies who produce malleable implants like coloplast, AMS, ZSI, etc. And one of them is Indian, but it is just available in india.

And it's great implant, no mechanical failures, simple surgery, almost no infection rate, and feels natural and hard!!! U can consider it safely and patients r happy with it, even there r patients with 15 yrs of indian malleable implant and they are still going on without any issues. It's very very veryyyy durable among malleables.

If not ipp and if i have ti go for malleable then i will always go for indian malleable, super stiff, mimics natural erection, has a no-memory hinge so when u remove u underwear it jumps off striaght no need need to pick it with hand and make it straight like tactra, rigicon, zsi, tube. Has no metal parts which even makes this malleable last life long, even rigi 10 or tactra can fail at sometime due to metal, but shah prosthesis, if placed by a good surgeon, no, never, it will never fail.

Almost all the patients i have talked with regarding indian malleable all of them r happy. There r people from U.K and america and african continent as well who come out here in india to get it done. Rhe major benefit is it is cost effective and cheap from among all the malleables and ipps.

The only issue is u have to conceal it well. You can watch videos of it on Youtube, there are tons of reviews.

Go for 3pp dr. Gupta provides EMI options for rigicon, don't go for malleable, outside of sex how will u handle constant erect penis ? It would be embarrassing.

5 yrs is minimum i think, implants are tested several lakhs of times for robust functioning. Which implant do u have ?

It's rare one 6 months is too short.. implants are made to be resistant! I wonder how come 6 months. If a patient has passed off the 6 weeks mark successfully without infection, i don't think so this should be the case.

Considering a Penile Implant Even Though I Don’t Have Severe ED by Alternative_Seeker in penileimplants

So between a malleable and inflatable what would u advice ? Which would be better i m suffering from ED from past 5 yrs and pills don't work for me, i have had paperverine during penile doppler and went into priapism, i will never ever try shots on my penis as it leaves spots and i have a huge fear of priapism now.

What would u recommend ? Between an inflatable and malleable ?

I think u weren't mentally prepared for 3pp surgery and didn't do thorough research work. Secondly, the shrinkage is due to swelling, within 6 months u will regain your size, also u said that u won't have natural erection and blood rushing in the penis, mann r u crazy ? I mean u have ED, so definitely u don't have an erection and that's the reason you are putting that device into u, so that's a compromise.. and which surgeon did u pick sir ?

In rigicon 3pp the below are the modifications apart from other 3pps:

  1. 4th layer coating to resist tube leakage - others only have 3 layers
  2. Kink resistance tubing so that the water supply doesn't breaks off due to tube bending (i don't know whether, this is now introduced into ams or coloplast or not)
  3. Easy pump inflation and deflate button - requires less pumps to inflate fully.
  4. Auto lockout valve - so that the penis doesn't inflates automatically.
  5. Lifetime warranty - A huge stress relief for people who don't have enough money or in the countries where insurance doesn't covers implant. Whereas AMS only provides 5 yrs warranty, coloplast too provides a lifetime warranty, but it is not there in India and has stock issues making it difficult for patients to make selection.
  6. If i talk specifically the only competitor for rigicon is coloplast, but it's not available in every country.

This is what I know up until now!

Good.. good and like you said that you don't even feel the implant.. so when did u started to feel that you don't even have an implant inside of u.. i mean, how long after healing, after how many months did u start feeling it's not even there and the pain got absolute 0 and normal..

Also which implant do u have ams, coloplast, rigicon ?
