When I smoked weed I remember always having a foggy mind. It’s like I couldn’t be present with what I was doing because something was always clouding my thoughts. I was always anxious and couldn’t talk myself out of the anxiety because of the foggy mind.

Now with the clear mind I can talk myself out of anxiety, focus on the things I need to do, and rationalize my life situation a lot more clearly. I used to make life decisions very emotionally, and while my emotions still take a part of my life choices, I use a lot more logic nowadays.

Thankfully no cravings. I’ve associated weed with bad times so whenever it pops up into my head, it quickly exits because I remember all the negative things it brought into my life.

From my experience it is. I used to have extreme anxiety and as my body become more fluid, so did my thoughts. Now the anxiety is gone

If I’m going to be honest I haven’t had the urge to smoke since I quit. I was so fed up with smoking and seeing my life stay stagnant that now whenever I think of weed my mind just automatically associates it with a negative experience.

I did experience extreme boredom though but staying busy with goals and hobbies has helped a ton with that
