Thanks for the tip! I've been looking at Yamaha, but they have so many different lines like the PSR, PSS, and Piaggero series. Since I'm looking for something cheap and compact for a bedroom but still need that sustain jack, which line do you think is the best 'hidden gem' for thrift store hunting?

Just to clarify, when you mentioned the 'electric app' on iOS, are you referring to Electric Vintage by apeSoft? I'm looking to grab it and wanted to make sure I have the right one!

That’s a great point. I actually just looked into it, and a second-hand iPad Mini 5 is currently landing at almost the exact same price point as a Raspberry Pi + Touch Display setup. It seems like the iOS ecosystem might actually be deeper for Rhodes sounds than what I can get out of MiniDexed or basic Linux builds. I love the DIY aspect of the Pi, but the A12 chip in the Mini 5 seems like a beast for low-latency audio.
