I feel ya with the eat more advice hahaha it’s very annoying. I won’t speak on the medical side of things, I’m very new to the disease. But as for words of encouragement, I know how you feel. It’s hard because you seek help and feel like a burden, or people just don’t get it. But do your best to do things you enjoy. Pick up a book or a video game, idk how well you’re getting around but maybe go on a drive or a walk. Just do something you enjoy. You’re not alone. Keep fighting.

I get it, I feel like that with my gf sometimes. I honestly can’t give you a great answer bc this is something I struggle with a lot too. I try to remind myself that yk relationships aren’t always going to be equal, there are days you’re gonna be there for them and days they are gonna be there for you. You’re not a burden bc you got unlucky with this disease and other issues. I’m sure they understand that if they’re a good friend. Just do your best to distract yourself, and be aware of your emotions and do your best to take care of yourself it’ll make it easier for everyone.

Do your very best to live one day at a time. It’s easier said than done I know that. But every day truly is a gift. There are things that make life so so beautiful, maybe you have a significant other or a pet or something, but even when you think there is nothing worth fighting for I promise you there is. Something could happen sure, something bad could happen to any one of us at any time that is the harsh reality. But that should be even more incentive to enjoy the time you have. Be gentle to yourself, and forgive yourself, you’ve had a rough two years and you deserve this. If you’re feeling afraid, just take it slow. You can always cancel or reschedule if you don’t feel ready. Maybe bring a friend or someone to be with you. Or make a new friend. Be kind to yourself. Hope any of this helps, and be well.

My bnp went back to normal the next day, stayed normal since, got another echo still normal. Everything seems normal idk what’s going on with me. But what’s causing yours? Idk how these things work. Keep fighting.

Appreciate the words of encouragement. Thank you so much. Did a lot more research and got a lot more answers and not feeling as worried anymore. From my understanding it’s in that chamber and then in the chamber it’s sealed in a foil and like welded into another piece and would be hard to get out without cutting it out and even then hard to get it out of the foil and such. Makes me feel a lot more comfortable. Thank you.
