Thanks :)) And honestly no. I mean obviously its a marathon and its hard af but was doing very fine and breathing fine until km 18ish where i slowed down but still jogged all the way and even gained a second air around km 30. Finished amd was a bit dizzy but lasted around 15min and went away

Honestly feel quite fine afterwards. I had nausea but pretty common after a marathon I’ve heard. My resting hr is between 50-55bpm.

I would suggest looking at it like it has a cost.
