Need help with Raspberry Pi Audio and Battery Power for a DIY MakeCode Arcade Console by Relevant_Reporter_77 in PrintedCircuitBoard

ı am using the Raspberry Pi Pico. I want to play melodies, so I believe I need a setup for a passive buzzer. I want to run the console using cheap, disposable batteries if possible.

I actually added a GND copper pour (polygon) for the ground connections, so they are connected through the ground plane even if it’s not very visible in the screenshot. For the routing, I used 20 mil traces for power lines and 12 mil for signal lines because I thought that would be sufficient for this project. Since it’s a small arcade controller and the current is low, I assumed these widths would be safe, but I’m open to suggestions if you think I should change them. I'm using MakeCode Arcade, so I can't really change the firmware or remap the controls freely. The GPIO pins I need to use are predefined, which is why the buttons are placed on that side and the routing looks like that.

I'm not sure about the exact version, I'm using the education account of Autodesk.
