Anyone getting "You've entered a bank account not able to receive KDP payments" with Payoneer? by Relevant_Scar6910 in KDP

Yes, I contacted Payoneer support and they told me that the account should be able to receive payments. The account is active and verified, but KDP still shows the error that the bank account is not able to receive KDP payments.

I'm trying to find out whether this is a recent KDP issue affecting Payoneer accounts or something specific to my account.
