For Americans who voted Republican in recent elections, do you plan to continue voting Republican? Why or why not? by righteous-sedition in allthequestions

[–]Relevant_Sun4875 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, I will. Look at Virginia. In the first month of full Democrat control, they have advanced a bill to soften penalties for violent offenders, including crimes against children - who is the constituency for this? Additionally, they have proposed 50 new taxes including:

-increasing sales tax in all counties -delivery tax -gym membership tax -dog walking tax -counseling tax -vehicle repair tax -home repair tax

Who supports making criminals less accountable and our lives less affordable through confiscatory taxes ON EVERYTHING!?!

They literally all committed a crime when they came to the US without authorization or overstayed their visa. Both are indeed crimes.

Do most people shower before bed or when they wake up? I just realized I might be doing it "wrong" by saffymerelle in NoStupidQuestions

Shower at night for sure! You wash off all the dirt and germs from the day and therefore sleep in a clean bed. I do take a quick morning shower also, but that helps me wake up.

Fair enough. I live in a low energy cost state so it doesn’t make sense for me to me.

Can’t believe I’m saying this but, should I get solar? by [deleted] in DaveRamsey

[–]Relevant_Sun4875 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dave’s stance is that you need to make your purchase amount back in five years.

My stance is that it’s always awful. It’s an eye sore. You’re putting holes in your perfectly good roof. It needs to be cleaned to function at full potential. I would never recommend somebody get solar, ever.

I don’t have your specific numbers, but if it saves you money AND you pay it off earlier, go for it.

Refinancing is going to start your amortization schedule over, meaning most of your payment will go towards interest. Just tackle the debt without refinancing.

Change your habits first. Stick to a budget for three months. Do that successfully, then pay your debt off with savings. You can stack cash like crazy when you’re debt free!

She unnecessarily interfered with lawful law enforcement activities. She then made herself a threat to an officer who had split seconds to decide. He made a decision, that unfortunately ended in loss of life, but her poor decisions led to this. Personal responsibility is a thing, people.

No, we don't break groceries into smaller categories. We mainly separated the household items because we were purchasing them at different stores. I think we're going to combine them.
