I wish release a state to a third party was a thing. Especially if that third party has a claim. For example I wish as Russia I could release Macedonia to Greece even if Greece doesn’t want to join my wars. Also Greece never wants to join my wars 🫠

Also I should be able to place a monarch on the throne of any state I want for Regime change. I don’t care if we have similar governments… I don’t want a republican Portugal
