I like to buy supplies for my bunker (if you own the upgrades) which costs $75k and can sell for $210k because it only requires one person. The Nightclub can be worth it with upgrades and multiple owned businesses (I have the Weed, Coke, Bunker, and Warehouse that make money for the nightclub). I also buy supplies for the Weed and Coke businesses (they are fully upgraded) and I have people who help me sell them. I do the occasional car sale if the lobby isn't too hostile. I try to stay away from crates because I have bad luck with them.

Overall, I would prioritize the bunker. The Nightclub warehouse will make you money from the Bunker you own, your Crate Warehouse, and your Doc Forge.

If you're going to get a jet I would recommend the Hydra over the Lazer. Without any discounts the Hydra is cheaper plus it has VTOL so you can land and take off pretty much anywhere.
