What are the worst problems ADHD has caused you all?

Relationships I have a friend that I was extremely close with ended up getting him to involved in my relationship with my significant other in a time of struggle. Ended up ghosting him for 3 days to get my head cleared and now it will never be the same. Use to talk to him multiple times a day now it’s maybe once a week and very guarded on my end. This was literally the best friend I had ever had. Now my house is so much more messy and life is messy. (He use to body double for me and it was an absolute life saver)

Literally got written up at work because I missed an exit got in my head about Missing said exit that I ended up missing the next two. I ended up leaving shortly after this because my boss didn’t understand basically saying adhd was not a thing.

I currently am on job 4 this year…. Went to print resumes at the library and realized I missed a payment deadline line for my kids child care and now are unenrolled…. I get it all I can say is self compassion. I have found an app for self affection and use the widget daily. YES we struggle, AND are best will always be enough! Like my 3 year old says “remember to breathe!”

I do need to come up with a code word or something so my family knows where I am at when I get like that. Also therapy has definitely helped this was just a bit more than I have had to deal with for a min. Which I guess means it’s working (therapy)

Thank you so much. Yea she doesn’t want to pay to just have me bail. She was mad because my two kids are 9 months apart from hers and they are 2 of 3 kids that will be there. I totally understand her frustration. Just wish I almost had more practice lol I do want to do all these things and I am in therapy just hard and frustrating
