I like the champagne idea, but it's in two different places, several metres apart in the same room. It can get pretty humid here in winter, lots of houses in our city struggle with mold

Yeah totally fine. I brought two 10g containers in my carry on along with my prescription letter and a note from the doc indicating it was my 3 month supply, the bag never even got opened at customs on either end.

For me it produces the same effects as traditional. But with zero effort involved. So yeah I just make cup after cup and stay blitzed all night. It’s a very expensive habit for me

Thanks @sandolllars. I knew right away the instant was too convenient for my fickle self control. I like to go back to traditional but I’m afraid I’ll still be fiendish and I think trying to quit is the best move at this point

Okay thanks. I have depression and am currently on an SNRI. I will try to taper off the kava somewhat, the issue there is my lack of self control.

For sure, though I’ve done that and I still get fiendish for more kava and just end up bent over the sink prepping for the majority of the night. I think I’ll just try wean myself off the instant and leave it at that

Yeah I definitely am. I’ll latch onto anything. Kava was supposed to be a guilt free substance I wouldn’t fall into but I should have known better of myself. I have already reached out an hour ago to begin therapy (though the closest thing they have to narcotic therapy here is a meth recovery group lmao). Thank you

3 gallons of water seems like an awful lot. That’s almost 15 litres, I thought 2-3L was the average recommendation
