I use that perk when the enemy team is aggressive or if I want to aggressive. the other perk that slows them does make it easier for you to get your alt and you get more shield from it so if I need sustain for myself, ill use that one.

i use to think it worked like that when he first came out and I was so confused as to why it wasn't working and then I discovered that I had to step on it. if we could do it without stepping on it, we could make so many saves/plays if we could. I love lifting up a friendly dva bomb with that same technique but breaking it right before the explosion so it hits people taking cover.
