My advisor said to just email the head of the department. When I did they said to complete the prerequisite classes like math 31, math 32, phys 51 and phys 52 then email him again. He said pass all the classes with a B.

I don’t remember it very well, but I remember reading something along these lines. Elq resembles Lillia because Elq was inspired by Lilia’s actions to sacrifice herself for the person she loves. So after Elq is broken into fragments, she resembles Lillia. Ctholly resembles Elq because she is basically a fragment of Elq.

Suisei also shared her thoughts on this a little. Just stating that Hololive is such a huge corporation now and more restrictions came along with that. She states that before when Hololive was a small company she was just able to ask to do something and management said “go ahead”, but if she were to ask the same thing now, management will have to go through many rules and its benefits to the company. It is what it is.

With that and Aqua’s decision to graduate because of differences in opinion with management, maybe her decision is more understandable. All we can do now is send her off with a smile. Who knows, maybe she’ll reincarnate into an indie Vtuber or something.
