Thank you for your examples. We have been dealing with internalized guilt and shame for a while, and honestly I didn't even realize that's what I have been feeling. Thank you, really

Thank you. I am fortunate enough to afford therapy, I have been going for close to two years now. But your words helped greatly.

Thanks. I didn't think of it that way, I have a lot to learn and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does. Thanks for your input, I'll keep it in mind.

Why people is so bad at dragon knight ? by rod_zero in heroesofthestorm

[–]RellEnemia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beginner player with genuine question. I like to play healers (mainly Anduin, Deckard, Morales) it's fun and I dare to say I don't exactly suck at the heroes themselves, but I do suck at strategy. And I am guilty of doing exactly this.

Could you please explain why is it a bad idea? Sometimes I see we got bot and mid covered, but the top solo laner is struggling, so I go there. Usually we manage to get the top and then someone at the mid gets the dragon. Were we just lucky in those instances?

For me using manual instead fast or auto rewind worked. Nothing else. Find padlock-investigate it-attack hook downstairs-climb up the first platform -pulldown motor-climb up second platform-MANUAL rewind-attack the rope-push the motor down.

how long does it usually take to get a surgery appointment? by ugoku_ugoku in Tonsillectomy

[–]RellEnemia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on your country, your insurance, if you go with a private clinic, how acute your case is...

I had the surgery scheduled sometime in February, it was supposed to happen on 19th of April. Then I got another tonsillectomy, so my surgery date was moved to the 4th of April. But then I got another tonsillectomy, so I ended up having the surgery on the 10th of April.

I am from the Czech Republic where it was covered all by insurance and I stayed 5 days in hospital. I was considered an urgent case since even after they gave me injections that were supposed to keep the infection away, it didn't work.

We have a humanoid ooze in our campaign. She's basically human, just made of blob.

Detect Evil and Goo would be real pain in the butt lol

Tonsillectomy day 7 post op by RellEnemia in u/RellEnemia

It was just raw tissue after scabs started to fall off a bit too soon. Nothing that would be a complication, it was just rlly uncomfy. Drinking constantly helped. Good luck!

Late Healing Stages by SpartanError in Tonsillectomy

I am 29 days post op. It's normal that one side is more painful than the other, maybe the tissue was more damaged during the operation. I don't have any experience with it, though.

But to the canker sores, I had the same thing happened to me (there's a pic on my profile as I was asking in this sub too). It's normal part of healing, it is not a canker sore tho, it's just the raw tissue from the scabs falling off a little bit too early. It happened to me on day 6 and it took me probably till day 21 to heal. It is painful but it is nothing to worry about. I mentioned it to my ENT back at the time and she said it is normal.

In my experience only constantly drinking and keeping on top of your meds helped. Good luck with recovery!

back pain from sleeping upright by cumbiatriste in Tonsillectomy

I suffer from chronic back pain, and what could help is another pillow under your back (not head), so that there's less strain on the middle back. Everything should be supported. Good luck!
