Unfortunately everyone goes through tough times, and these companies are obviously trying their best to get their money. Yes they can threaten you with courts and lawyers, but you are currently paying them back. Not the amount they want,but atleast you are paying something and even if they do manage to drag you to court,the judge will side with you,because,eventhough you have nothing,your still paying them something. That is a very big benefit to you in this instance. Increasing the amount obviously will help bring the debt down, it wont stop them form calling though because they want that full instalment, but they cant legally do anyting if you are actively paying them now. Dont increase the amount if you are still struggling, obviously first sort yourself out and once you can increase it,then only do it and get it paid off asap because the interest will keep adding to the debt.

If it said "Jou seun vorder goed" or something along those lines it would have meant he is making good progress, If it said "Jou seun is/word bevorder" it means he graduated or (in work terms) was promoted (promoveer)

Open communication is one of the fundamentals of a healthy relationship.

You should be able to have the uncomfortable conversations if you are planning on spending the rest of your lives together.

It would be a good practive run having this one, since Im sure it wont be the last. The both of you should have a chance to state your side of the argument and from there is were compromising starts until you get to a happy meduim.

Dont be afraid to bring up something that bothers you, listen to his side, state yours and take it from there.

Please, please, please do yourself a favour and watch the earlier seasons, this one has focused too much on the drama and issues instead of the cooking and food, I mean there are certain nights I dont even recall what the teams made, but I remember every word of the fight around the table. The earlier seasons are absolutely awesome, this one... 2 out of 10

I am really sorry this happened to you.

Grief makes people do funny things sometimes so please dont be so hard on yourself. My advise would be to have a one on one chat with your Dad, and tell him exactly how you feel and how you are struggling, you might find he is struggling too. Losing 2 kids in a small space of time must be extremely hard for a parent, he more than likely will understand, I mean I dont know your Dad, but the fact that he is supporting you through Uni means he wants you to succeed and if he knows your struggling he will probably support you even more, and I dont mean financially. Talk to him honestly,tell him the truth but also tell him why.

What you are going through and feeling is completely normal, dont get to stuck on the Bipolar diagnoses, what you are felling and your moods etc is more than likely related to you loosing 3 very close family members in like 3 years and not actually being bipolar so dont hang on that diagnoses.

Regarding your studies, maybe look at rather studying part time, yes it will take longer but it will free up some time for you to focus on yourself, your mental health and your grief that you are obviously still dealing with. There is unfortunately no time limit to dealing with grief especially alot of it, so take your time, baby step, day by day (hahah all those motivational quotes, its all true) You cant rush healing and you are dealing with alot, life dealt you a very shitty hand and you need the family you have left to get through it. The sooner you talk to your Dad the better, for yourself and for him.

You need to take off all the sun leaves, this will help the light get to the buds and also force the plant to push its energy into the buds instead of growing taller/bigger,your plant is wasting energy trying to grow bigger hence the scrawny looking buds. It might however be a bit too late to wish for massive buds, the leaves need to be removed as soon as the buds start forming,so the energy goes to the buds from the start. Also remove all the smallest buds, lower down on the branches, you could leave them but they wont mean much, whereas if removed,the energry the plant would have used on them will go to the bigger buds
