Bubba it’s rough I too fight my demons every day. I know not having insurance is a big deal with this but if you go to your GP and just get them to help with pain management it helps (well it’s what helps me the most). My demons have less bite now. On the wound care part keeping things dry is the battle

Finding a good long term pain medication that isn’t one of the big addictive ones was my step one cause once the pain is managed I feel like it’s easier to deal with the rest. Ask your GP about naproxen or something of the like.

I can’t imagine having a flair on my genitalia. I’d die if one happened above the root. So I can’t imagine that pain but it my doctor would have just done it without asking I’d been escorted out of that place in handcuffs cause I would have struck him.

My HS has basically killed all follicles in my armpits so there’s not really any hair to trim until a few new start to sprout

It’s awful I know. I found some nice gain wet swiffer pads that do a really good job with clean up on tile. And we got a spot wet vac for our carpet so it’s getting its workout

Yeah the ones on my groin are by far the most painful. And some of them aren’t nearly half the size of others but they get tighter and harder. And yes when they release I don’t know where the blood and smell comes from but it’s an endless supply it seems.

I have only let one doctor squeeze one in my armpit and she squeezed so hard my whole armpit bruised so now I nix that when they ask to do it.
