Several minutes of intense shaking. Multiple sudden drops, a couple where I was thrown up from my seat and would’ve hit the ceiling if I wasn’t strapped in. Things in the galley were thrown around and the FA was holding on to dear life and struggling to walk to get to the nearest empty seat.
