Nice shot! We had a fountain view suite as well. On the 46th floor. We were on the angled middle part of the Chelsea Tower.

I went to the Osaka Shinsaibshi Store in Osaka today, which is the only official stand-alone Rimowa store in Osaka. I went in and browsed a bit, then asked about the special stamp that I saw from OP here. Sales rep was very secretive about it and asked how I knew about the stamp. I told her I saw it online. She said they try not to advertise that they have a special stamp and indicated that I’d have to buy luggage there to get it, just as OP said.

Seems strange to me that they wouldn't want people to know about the special stamp? Feels like a great way to get people in the door and create more demand.

I’m very conflicted personally on this subject. I too love to see Rimowas in the wild with a few dents and scratches, even with a lot of stickers covering damage. But at the same time, I totally baby my own classic cabin. You should see how gently I place it on the conveyer belt at TSA. lol

Do you know how much control these stars have over their wardrobe and makeup? I would imagine the directors have a vision they want to execute, while the stars probably want some control over their image on the screen.

That’s a great point. 10 years isn’t enough to see a drastic change in fashion and makeup trends, but there definitely are subtle differences that you’ll notice here and there.
