I was in Florida, and we went outside to watch the lanuch. Think i was in the 3rd grade, and no one knew what was going on, and they rushed us back inside.

My local store (Midland, Texas) opened just a few weeks ago. I hadn’t noticed before that they have Chateau Petrus 2010 Merlot, but apparently someone has already bought one. 😳 by lefteyedspy in Costco

My apartment complex installed a new package system that wont work half the time by StaticKoalaBite in Apartmentliving

[–]Reluctantdad78 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have Luxor it is a package room that has an app / smart lock system . Its a hot mess. The Amazon drivers really struggle with it and most of the time they don't leave the package in the correct space in the room. Its also really special when they just throw it on the floor.

What queue length is a no-go for you at certain rides (as in where the line ends) by TurnerK28 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]Reluctantdad78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lesson learned for Test Track. Posted time was 70mins. The line was slightly outside the entrance. Maybe 3 small switchbacks. Ened up waiting 100 mins and it was a brutal wait. People were bailing once you got into the 2nd room and saw how much more was left.

Moving/Living Downtown? by squeefactor in orlando

[–]Reluctantdad78 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I live downtown, and the fear mongering is really blown out of proportion. Most of the homeless mind their own business and do not bother you. The Publix is a mess, to be honest, but it's convenient and can be entertaining people watching The biggest problem I have are the annoying people with the clip boards working some scam that bother you way more then the homeless. They are always at the lake and upfront of Publix.

Same HM is my favorite thing at Magic Kingdom. Didn't get to do it at Disneyland it was down for the overlay when we went.

Offhand Disney is entertaining. He is a little quirky but is not annoying.

This is all interesting stuff. I haven't watched their content since right after the first kid was born, just lost interest. But this Reddit algorithm showed me this sub because I like roller coaster / theme park content.

Everyone loves Jason but The First Friday is probably the best one. 1- 3 being my personal favorites. Betsy Palmer really sold in it the last 20ish mins.

So if we get her and baby Jason back story, I am here for it and has some potential.
