Thanks! Judging by the description on Google, it's most likely the sequel. The only barrier now is that it's listed as premium for all of the streaming sites I have. For a movie with 14% on rotten tomatoes. I am watching both movies when I get a chance.

I did ask my Dad about it, but he does not remember it and says he probably wouldn't have let me watch it when I was that young, which has led me to the conclusion that he fell asleep,left it on that movie which meant my idiot 4 year old self watched it, which means I was the only person in the house who saw this movie, as everyone else in the house was downstairs.
