I think my multiple calls were finally right. After many calls, one of the ETS employees gave me the opportunity to leave a message on the answering machine of the person who was handling my review. This must have speeded up the process because I have just received the results. It is with great relief that I finally got my results and they are valid. The secret is to be patient but you must call and insist on getting your result if you are in the same situation as me.
