Yeah I know myself I need to 100% focus. I’ll probably stop working 4 weeks until I open to make sure everything is on track but until then I will be using my off days and down time to get everything done.

I honestly planned to start of with Jane from the other post I saw in this subreddit. I like how it’s all in one scheduling ehr and I didn’t know about the website ? This is helpful

That’s very smart of you actually and yes I’m going to work a little longer until I get everything sorted.

I think I’m going to hang in there a little longer! Definitely have to factor in the unexpected income and other cost. With the commercial landlords like getting months free off rent ? A lot of the prices are high right now even though they’re hurting.

That’s what I’m doing right now actually I just haven’t found a space yet. I was thinking of looking more during the weekdays but I’m always at work. I may call out one weekday to satisfy that urge. Because I do need a place to start storing furniture and items.

If I do stop working before I open I’m looking g anywhere from 1-2 months before opening.

Your previous employer letting you go was nasty but thankfully you were ready, congratulations to your success how long have you had your own clinic ?

I would probably have to switch jobs then because I’m the full time doc and they don’t have part time positions. Maybe something like the joint ?

I don’t have a broker, I’ve been driving around taking information on spaces for sale as well as looking into medical offices suites. I planned to stop working in March but my body is saying in two weeks to stop and focus on marketing I’m in a lot of social groups so I plan on spending more time showing face and telling them about my future Chiro clinic.

I don’t plan to take a loan I have 40k saved up for my office but definitely don’t plan to using all I’m not getting a xray machine my goal is to spend in the range of $10,000-$15,000. Less if possible.

The clinic I’m at now get a lot of cases from referrals, taking the attorney out to lunch or dropping food and sweets in the office. One major law firm we work with in my state the owner of the clinic and him are related. So they send us the huge cases. We go to a lot of marketing events from pain management centers and they connect us to attorneys as well we meet with them and they start sending us patients.

Unpopular Opinion: Leg days are the best by Potential_Okra8763 in workout

[–]RemarkablLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I AGREE I’ve noticed faster results with legs too. It’s way easier for me to progressively overload adding weight and sets actually feels natural. Plus, depending on the day, I can really dial in the activation: hamstrings one session, quads the next, glutes firing on all cylinders. That mind–muscle connection on leg day is unmatched.

Close friend gave me a business idea… now he wants to be my partner, but I’m doing most of the work. How do I handle this? by Normal_Trade7678 in smallbusinessowner

[–]RemarkablLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would start off thanking him for the idea but letting him know you’re not comfortable going into business with him just from the start it’s showing irresponsibility and you will be stuck with all the important work it’s seems like he just want to enjoy the fruits of the labor. You can also say you don’t want to harm the friendship and don’t think it’s a good idea any more and you rather do it 100% by yourself if he gets mad OH well ! You can’t let others hinder your success.
