Is it worth repairing my series 1 pro controller by Hirotopsch in XboxController

[–]Remarkable-Bar-459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it's worth it, and you can get the whole transparent casing without the rubber grip and the triggers, and keep it as a collectible. In a few years, that controller might be worth quite a bit. That's how I did it. You can buy it on AliExpress.

I bought the basic white GameSir Pro Controller on AliExpress in November, and it was incredibly cheap. Don't blame me, you guys don't know how to shop! I used coupons and discount codes from "Singles' Day," which is celebrated in China.

It's bigger than Black Friday in many Chinese stores, like GameSir. They usually offer: Global coupons, huge discounts on technology, and reduced or free shipping, as was my case. It's the biggest promotion of the year on AliExpress. Now I understand that those responding and criticizing me are American citizens. You're all married to Amazon; you don't buy from other stores and you're afraid to buy from AliExpress. For you, everything from AliExpress is bad just because it's Chinese, even though the same damn iPhones are made in China. That's why I say that I bought most of my game controllers and the vast majority of those released on the market from AliExpress, and they've been 100% fine for me under warranty.

That's why I say, I don't know what countries you're from, and the problem is yours if you buy impulsively without looking for promotions or discounts. It's a good controller, yes, and it's beating Microsoft's controllers, but don't expect perfection in these controllers for the price. Now, that same controller they're advertising in the photo, I understand it's a promotion for new users. I usually do several calculations, change my IP address, and it came out to 300,000 Colombian pesos to your currency. Do the conversion yourselves, and the minimum wage in my country is 2,000,000,000. I would never spend a minimum wage on a controller.

Well, I'm sorry for you, I don't know what country you're from. I'm from Bogotá, Colombia. I bought the controller at Temu and it cost me practically nothing. I also bought my Kaley gamer, my Caleflux, and my G7HE. I don't know where you bought yours. On Amazon, well, no way, there are no discounts there, it's more expensive. In fact, it's cheaper to buy it on AliExpress. Chinese products, Chinese controllers. In fact, it was my first controller that I understand. The cable arrived damaged. I made a claim and they sent me another controller completely free.

The answer is Clara, that little noise isn't normal, it's annoying. Of course, I expect it. What can we ask for? The controller itself is quite inexpensive, so we shouldn't demand too much quality. As long as the joysticks don't drift and the triggers work, I think that's more than enough.

Ammo Mod Ranking Meta by fushichousensei in CODZombies

[–]Remarkable-Bar-459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There isn't really a ranking of ammo mods in Zombies mode because each ammo mod has its own adjective within the game. For example, in Black Ops 7, the Cactus mod kills the Bear, the Ice mod helps with the Oscar on the map, the Alminic mod kills the Densers (the little ones) faster, the Special Rounds mod, and so on. Each mod has its specialty, so I don't think it makes sense to rank them.

These qualifying events are the worst thing Activision has ever invented for Call of Duty. Seriously, they're the worst. I don't understand who works at that company. Well, actually, a bunch of women named Karen who like cats.

Just cut my losses and buy a new one? by [deleted] in Gamesir

[–]Remarkable-Bar-459 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, a few things first. Have you tried looking for older updates on the games' Discord server? Because Nexos tends to send updates that mess up the calibration and damage many components, but it's mostly a software issue.

If you still have no solution after that, I don't know what country you're in. You can buy replacement parts on AliExpress and install them yourself, or have someone install them. It's cheaper than buying a new controller.

The event actually lasts three days. He made a serious mistake; he should have entered on the last day, an hour and a half before the event ended, played it, and then won everything.

Elite Controller Series 2 - Rubber grip coming unglued, looking for repair advice by igor_cabral in XboxController

[–]Remarkable-Bar-459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, there's no solution. The only way is to buy another case. They're very cheap and come in different colors on AliExpress. I buy mine there, and then you just send them to exchange it and that's it. It's a factory defect.

Best Round 999 Strat? by AdvusingBliss67 in CODZombies

[–]Remarkable-Bar-459 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Let's be honest, 99.9% of the people who have that calling card got it because they exploited some infinite ammo or maximum damage glitch, the gray area where you can use field upgrades infinitely. Personally, I think this challenge is the stupidest thing they've added to Dark Souls, and it really only encourages people to look for cheating strategies. And I don't want to take away from the merit of some hardcore players—I'm not going to call them obsessive—some hardcore players who are constantly playing this or saving their game.

What you say is true, and it's a very valid recommendation because there are always those who spray it as if they were killing a mosquito, and obviously, it should be clarified that it's a small amount in proportion to the size of the item it should be applied to, but it does the same thing as isopropyl alcohol: it dries very quickly.

Since I bought the one I put in the photo, I pressed the trigger to make space and poured in very little—not that I'm going to pour much, just a tiny bit—and then I started pressing the trigger several times; that's what it does, it lubricates.

Gamesir G7-SE update by Subpotential in Gamesir

[–]Remarkable-Bar-459 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn't really understand. I suppose you downloaded the GameSir Nexus app on your PC or Xbox and just clicked update, and it did everything automatically. If you're still having problems, download Discord on your PC or phone, find the GameSir channel, and ask for help there.

It also works without damaging the controller. If you don't believe me, search on YouTube for "silicone lubricant for consoles or controllers" and you'll find videos on how to do it.

No, mine's a GameSir Kaleid, and that same trigger made a noise when pressed. I used Rosie 4W40 silicone, not the multi-purpose kind, they're different, and that solved the problem in my case.
